News Release: TMM - Iterated Announce They Are Working To Redefine Their Business Relationship To Meet The Challenges of the Multimedia Markets Together.

Total Multimedia, Inc. ("TMM), the Los Angeles, California developer and distributor of multimedia products and services worldwide, announced today, after a meeting at the offices of Iterated Systems, Inc., the Atlanta, Georgia developer of compression technologies, that the companies are continuing to work together to redefine their business relationship, to meet together the challenges of the multimedia markets. Iterated President John R. Festa, stated "we are pleased to explore some of the business opportunities that have been brought to us by our friends at TMM."

Michael Fernandez, Total Multimedia's president, noted that "Iterated has been very supportive during the TMM reorganization this past year.
