Lorne J. Mattner to head up Business Development for TMM

CAMARILLO, California, August 4, 1997. Total Multimedia, Inc., announced today that Lorne J. Mattner has joined TMM as vice president of Business Development. Mr. Mattner was formerly an executive with Creative Cafe, the leading post production house in Hollywood, and a Financial Director for the World Cup Organizing Committee. He is a partner in Big Play Sports Multi- Media, with associations within the sports industry, including Hunt Sports Enterprises, owners of the Kansas City Chiefs and Chicago Bulls. Mr. Mattner will be responsible for coordinating the Companyís planned DVD compression services center. He will focus on bringing compression services business to TMM. Mr. Mattner will be responsible for coordinating special projects, started by Big Play Sports. The Company has established relationships with major sporting organizations to build WebSites and CD-ROM products. TMM is currently negotiating to acquire his interest in Big Play Sports and to integrate the projects into TMM. Thomas Simpson, Chief Operations Officer, stated ìWe are all excited about having Lorne Mattner join our management team. Lorne has proven ability to work closely with the entertainment community and has great projects that he will bring to TMM. Lorne Mattner stated from the Company offices, "I'm excited about joining the TMM team. The intent is to bring together the soccer fans and players of all ages, through education, information and communication to further the presentation of soccer as the world's foremost game I feel that with the people at TMM we can now bring this project to the market in time for the World Cup 98 games from France." The WebSite backed by world and youth soccer organizations, will be the most comprehensive international site of its kind.
