TOTAL MULTIMEDIA ENGAGES FULL TIME IN-HOUSE INVESTOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Thousand Oaks, CA—April 10, 2000: Total Multimedia, Inc. (OTCBB: TMMIE), the developer of SoftVideo compression technology, announced today the hiring of Joe Stratter to head the Companies, Investor Relations Department. Magnum Financial will be retained by TMM in a consulting capacity to help develop communication strategies, investor relation’s materials, and to advise the company on SEC and OTCBB trading issues.
TMM President Mike Fernandez stated today: “We are very happy to have Joe join the TMM team. He is knowledgeable of the long history of TMM and its products and services. Having Joe available full-time to answer investor’s questions will help TMM communicate with the investment community during the introduction of the new generation of TMM SoftVideo. We anticipate great interest in these new products and want to make certain that we have in-house, the capacity to provide investors with information about TMM.”

Mr. Stratter has over 30 years of data processing, marketing, management and public relations experience. Recently retired from his position as President of J&M Consulting Plus, a privately held company, Joe has agreed to assist TMM in their ongoing efforts. Mr. Stratter will supply factual, pertinent, and timely information to both corporations and individuals. When questioned as to his plans for accomplishing this task, Joe replied: “I have at my disposal a wealth of knowledge regarding the history of Total Multimedia, Inc., the past and present management teams, and a strong understanding of the product line and the markets TMM desires to enter.
