TMM, Inc. Shareholders Meeting
Las Vegas, Nevada, September 23, 2011 - TMM Inc. (TMMI.PK) ("TMMI" or "the Company") will be rescheduling the shareholders' meeting to October 17, 2011.
Due to a delayed mailing by the contracted company to deliver the proxy to the shareholders we have been informed that some shareholders are reporting that their proxy only arrived in the mail yesterday. In order that all shareholders have the opportunity to exercise their right to vote; the shareholders' meeting has been rescheduled to October 17, 2011.
All shareholders are encouraged to exercise their right to vote at the upcoming rescheduled meeting. Please note that shareholders that hold shares in their brokerage accounts can vote their shares on-line at http://www.proxyvote.com by entering the unique control number printed on the right side of the proxy.
A group of TMM, Inc. shareholders have successfully petitioned the Nevada Court to order the holding of a shareholders meeting in compliance with Nevada Revised Statue § 78.330. The meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on October 17, 2011 at 89855 S Eastern Avenue, Suite 200, Las Vegas, Nevada. The shareholder record date for the meeting was August 9th, 2011.
Two directors will be proposed to the shareholders to restore the company to a proper functioning corporation.
